SF Locksmiths came and sorted out a bedroom window lock for me, while they were here i asked them about a garage lock with no key. That was quickly changed as well. Stephen was very efficient, and did a good job!

Excellent service. Attended quickly and was fast and efficient. Polite and friendly. Price quoted was what he charged. Happy to use Stephen again and would definately recommend.

When I really needed help with my front door lock I sent a text on a Sunday evening. I didnt expect a reply ,but I got one straight away scheduling a convienient time for me on the next day. Very polite and very reliable. Second time I have used this company, very happy.

Broken lock was replaced efficiently on same morning. I requested advice regarding door security and was impressed with honesty and service provided. I would definitely recommend to others.

He came within one hour of my phone call and the work was completed quickly and efficiently without any mess. He gave clear advice and information about what was required in order that we could decide whether to go ahead with the work which had a 2 year guarantee in case there was any problem.

I was originally going to phone a double glazing company that repaired locks when my door handle fell off in my hand with the door locked. Knowing the window company's also fitted doors I changed my mind and opted for a locksmith instead. Locksmiths repair locks they don't try and sell you new doors that you don't need. I found Stephen Fretwell.on the internet. I read a little on his website and felt confident he knew his stuff. I phoned the number expecting an answer phone to ask me to leave a message because it was a Sunday afternoon. The man himself answered and when I explained what had happened he told me it was repairable. He gave me a price over the phone and arranged an appointment at my convenience. 30 minutes before the appointment he telephoned to say he was on his way and arrived bang on time. He repaired the door as promised and stuck to the price he gave me over the telephone. I was well impressed with the service provided in this day and age company's you can trust are few and far between I really expected to be told the telephone quote was wrong and it would be more money.
