Stephen arrived on time having phoned me 20 mins beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the problem, repaired the parts that could be repaired and replaced those that couldn't. A very friendly, efficient service. Excellent job.

Arrived early on the agreed date,efficiently completed the new anti snap locks and then replaced some window locks and provided new keys,all extra to the original job at a very reasonable cost.Very friendly and efficient service.

Our UPVC door was locked shut and the handle was turning a full 360 degrees. We've never been a customer of Steve's but he came round just half an hour after we called him. He had the door open in seconds and the locking mechanism replaced within ten minutes. Very quick, hassle free and efficient. He also fixed our sticking front door lock while here. Thanks Steve. Superb service. We won't look anywhere else next time.
